Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they have been shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 3 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You did not receive it within the time specified in the shipping method you selected, at checkout or on the cart page (the number of days does not include 2-5 days processing)
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and in its condition before you received it)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address or your not being sure that the product is allowed to enter your country )
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. but not limited to, it has not been cleared by customs, your order has been charged customs duties and you did not check before placing your order, or delay due to a natural disaster).
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full or partial amount of your payment .
Refund , Or Exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Sale items

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
